Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs your use of paid subscription services offered through the ComicLink app (“Subscription”).
By subscribing to ComicLink, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

ComicLink offers the following subscription options:

- Weekly Plan: $29.99 per week
- Monthly Plan: $39.99 per month
- Yearly Plan: $99.99 per year

2. Billing and Payment

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected plan price unless you cancel.
- You authorize us to charge your Apple ID for the renewal fee until you cancel.
- Prices are in USD and may vary slightly by region due to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation

- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or email us at seeratgaur@icloud.com.

5. Changes to Plans or Pricing

We may modify our subscription plans or prices from time to time.
We will notify you in advance of any material changes.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in misuse of the App.
